Editorial Guidelines

About Our Content
Futurestays.ai publishes articles about hotels, apartments, and travel planning to help you use our accommodation finder. This page explains how that content is produced so you know what to expect.
AI-Assisted Content
Articles on this site are drafted by an AI language model rather than by human travel writers. This applies specifically to the guides, destination overviews, and accommodation tips published here.
We aim to be upfront about how this content is made so readers can judge it accordingly.
Our Editorial Process
Each article follows the same production pipeline before it appears on the site.
A topic is chosen through keyword research, then the AI model gathers sources itself using web search and link-checking tools during a research phase.
An AI language model drafts the full article based on that gathered research.
Automated checks follow, including a word-count and completeness gate, along with separately generated TL;DR summaries and FAQ sections.
Internal links to related articles are added automatically, and if a reader reports an error, the editorial team corrects or removes the article.
Accuracy & Limitations
We aim for our accommodation and travel content to be accurate and useful, given how it's produced.
- Because articles are AI-drafted, they can contain inaccuracies, outdated details on prices, availability, or regulations, or misjudged nuance.
- Always verify important details, such as visa rules, health and safety requirements, or contract terms, directly with the accommodation provider or a qualified professional before you travel or book.
- If you spot an error, please report it using the feedback widget on the article or by emailing our editorial team.
Human Oversight
Articles are published automatically once they pass our automated checks; not every article is read by a person before publishing. Some carry a named fact-checking editor credit shown on the article, and a person on our editorial team reviews and acts on reader-reported errors.
Content Updates
We don't update articles on a fixed schedule. When a reader flags an error through the feedback widget or by email, or when we learn a topic has changed materially, the editorial team reviews the report and corrects or removes the article as needed.
Editorial Contact
For questions about our content or to report an issue, contact our editorial team via the feedback widget on any article or by email.
